Allyship and mentorship are two critical aspects needed not only to promote the growth
of success of people around us, but also to advocate for those that are not as fortunate
and are often excluded or marginalized. Understanding the distinctions and commonalities
between the two, as well as the required interdependence, will go a long way toward
ensuring that an impact toward positive change is made in the future.
