Etwa 13 000 Männer versterben jährlich in Deutschland an einem Prostatakarzinom und die Therapieoptionen beim lokal fortgeschrittenen und metastasierten Prostatakarzinom werden ständig weiterentwickelt. Dieser Beitrag fasst die aktuellen chirurgischen und medikamentösen Optionen zusammen.
