Knochenbrüche zählen im Kindesalter zu den häufigsten Verletzungen. Durch die Unreife des kindlichen Skeletts und durch die Wachstumsfugen kommt es bei Kindern altersabhängig zu typischen Frakturarten, die sich teilweise von Knochenbrüchen Erwachsener deutlich unterscheiden. Diese Übersichtsarbeit widmet sich den Kernpunkten der multimodalen Frakturdiagnostik im Kindesalter aus gemeinsamer radiologietechnologischer und radiologischer Perspektive.
