Zusammenfassung

Wer kennt es nicht – man versucht mit größter Anstrengung Veränderungen herbeizuführen, findet sich jedoch wie Sisyphus nach kurzer Zeit am Ausgangspunkt wieder. Kleine Erfolge fallen umgehend dem Alltag zum Opfer. Frustration und Selbstzweifel sind die Folge. Um diesen Teufelskreis aus Misserfolg und Frustration zügig und nachhaltig zu durchbrechen, bedarf es eines wirkungsvollen „Generalschlüssels“. Dieser soll die Tür zum Verlassen der Komfortzone öffnen und dem Patienten zu einem mutigen Neubeginn verhelfen.
