Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über einen Massenanfall von Verletzten nach einer scheinbaren Substanzintoxikation
während der Abiturfeier an einem Gymnasium. Die Meldung von 3 Kindern mit Intoxikationssymptomen
führte nach Eintreffen des ersten Rettungswagens zu einem umfangreichen rettungsdienstlichen
Einsatz. Es mussten vor Ort 48 Kinder behandelt und 32 Kinder in Hamburger Krankenhäuser
eingeliefert werden. Dort erfolgten umfangreiche klinische Untersuchungen sowie laborchemische
Analysen zum Intoxikationsausschluss. Es werden folgende Aspekte diskutiert: rettungsmedizinisches
Prozedere, Situation an der Einsatzstelle und zur Rolle der Medien.
Abstract
Case report of a mass casualty incident caused by a possible intoxication with drugs
during a party of graduates at a grammar school. The announcement of three pupils
with symptoms of intoxication evolved an extensive paramedic operation. 48 children
had to be treated and 32 children were distributed to hospitals of Hamburg. There,
a large-scale laboratory investigation took place for the exclusion of the intoxication.
The following aspects are discussed: paramedic proceeding and situation at the duty
area, role of media.
