Intraoperatives Bonding und früher Stillbeginn nach Sectio

Die Förderung des Bondings und eines frühen Stillbeginns ist klar als Goldstandard in der Betreuung unmittelbar nach der Geburt definiert. Wird ein Kind per Kaiserschnitt geboren, kann dies allerdings ein optimales Management erschweren. Eine Geburt mittels Sectio caesarea kann somit einen Nachteil für Mutter und Kind in Bezug auf Bonding und Stillen bedeuten. Aufgrund steigender Sectioraten sehen sich Hebammen immer häufiger mit dieser Problematik konfrontiert. Stehen wir vor einer unlösbaren Aufgabe?
