Ätiologie als „causa externa“ wird klar von der Grundursache im Sinne von „causa prima"
unterschieden. Es werden Bezüge zur Miasmenlehre Hahnemanns und zum Verständnis der
Unterdrückung einerseits sowie zum psychischen Trauma und dem Menschenbild der Traumatheorie
andererseits hergestellt.
Summary
The difference between etiology as “causa externa” and fundamental cause as “causa
prima” is elaborated clearly. The relation to the doctrine of the miasms of Hahnemann
and its concept of suppression at one hand as well as the psychic trauma and the “Menschenbild”
of trauma theory at the other hand are being discussed.
