Staple-line leak following laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is a potentially serious adverse event. In a small series, the authors describe the technique of endoscopic septotomy and sleeve stricture dilation for late and chronic leaks and demonstrate its safety and excellent clinical outcomes.
