Von den odontogenen Tumoren kommen Ameloblastome und Epuliden bei Hunden am häufigsten vor. Andere odontogene Tumoren sind bei domestizierten Haustieren selten zu finden. Dieser Artikel gibt eine Übersicht der bei Hunden und Katzen auftretenden, benignen odontogenen Neoplasien und beschreibt deren klinisches Bild, histologische Besonderheiten sowie Therapien und Prognose.
