Die Kaiserschnittraten in Europa und in Deutschland liegen größtenteils deutlich über den empfohlenen Raten von 10–15 % [[1], [2]]. Ein wichtiger Faktor zur Senkung der Kaiserschnittraten sind höhere Raten an vaginalen Geburten nach Kaiserschnitt [[3]]. Wie kann dies gelingen?
