Warum dieser Fall?

Der Fall illustriert ein reversibles bithalamisches Stauungsödem infolge einer Sinusthrombose mit Beteiligung der inneren Hirnvenen und Rekanalisation unter Heparinisierung als seltene Differenzialdiagnose einer flüchtigen Antriebsstörung (Abulie).
