Zusammenfassung

Ein umfassender Ansatz aus sportphysiotherapeutischer Sicht Leistenschmerzen gehören zu den Top 3-Verletzungen bei Sportlern und treten vor allem bei Sportarten auf, die mit häufigem Beschleunigen/Abbremsen, plötzlichen Richtungswechseln und Treten/Schießen verbunden sind. Rob Langhout, Igor Tak und Phil Glasgow schauen sich die Biomechanik des Schießens ganz genau an und erklären anhand von Bildern und Videos, wie eine sinnvolle Behandlung von Sportlern mit Leistenschmerz aussehen kann.
