Tinea Corporis Treated with Homoeopathy

A 13-year-old female patient presented with complaints of erythematous, scaly, circumscribed lesions with elevated borders on forearm and groins for the last 1 year. The lesions were itchy and there was aggravation from cold and at night. Past history of worm infestation was reported.

  • Remedy selected: Sepia 200C—three doses stat, followed by Tellurium 30C—three doses per day for 15 days.

  • After 15 days, Tellurium 30C was stopped and followed by placebo.

  • After 1 month: disappearance of all lesions.
