A Case of Obliterans Managed with Homoeopathy

A 33-year-old male patient presented with complaints of gangrene of right foot for the last 4 years. The discharges are very offensive. The surgeon had advised amputation below knee level. Lymph node swelling in the right inguinal region was present. The ulcer was very painful with air of fan, walking aggravating the pain. Intermittent claudication was very marked.

Remedy selected: Ars alb 30c—3 doses per week and Calendula 30c—3 doses per day

After 1 month, Ars alb 30c was stopped and daily dose of Calendula 30c was started.
