This installment of Digestive Disease Interventions brings our attention to the management of our smallest patients. In the world of pediatrics, a child's unrealized potential and long life ahead can magnify clinical wins and failures alike—stakes are high, as are the opportunities for truly impactful intervention.

While the focus of this issue centers on the burgeoning field of pediatric interventional radiology, the inclusive institutional and specialty representation of the authors serves a broad intended audience of pediatric radiologists, interventionalists, endoscopists and surgeons. Topics presented are similarly diverse, ranging from lymphatic imaging and intervention to interventional oncology to the management of pediatric portal hypertension. The content of this issue addresses both pediatric specific conditions and critical pediatric considerations for procedures common across all age groups, taking time to highlight where things are simply business as usual on a smaller scale and where they are not.

I am grateful for the contributions of these experts in the field and proud to present the collection of manuscripts herein.
