Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über Erfahrungen bei der Herstellung von Prothrombin nach Seegers berichtet, die zu einigen Modifikationen Veranlassung gaben. Die Präparate weisen entsprechend den Seegersschen Forderungen hohe Aktivitäten pro mg Tyrosin auf. Die durchschnittliche Prothrombinaktivität von 30 Präparaten lag bei 30786 E/mg Tyrosin.
