Summary

The activity of factor VIII (antihaemophilic A factor) in rat blood does not increase upon adrenaline infusions or short term muscular exercise. A possible increase in the factor VIII activity in blood of rats was observed during a postoperative period, however. Short-lasting Nembutal anaesthesia had no influence on the factor VIII blood level in rats.
