Eine First-line-Therapie mit Vinorelbin (Navelbine®) i.v. in Kombination mit Trastuzumab ist beim fortgeschrittenen HER2-positiven Mammakarzinom ebenso effektiv, aber mit einem vorteilhafteren Verträglichkeitsprofil, als die bisherige Standardtherapie Docetaxel plus Trastuzumab. Dies hat eine Phase-III-Studie gezeigt, deren Ergebnisse auf der 7. European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC7) präsentiert wurden. Diese Daten sind konsistent mit den Ergebnissen von Studien zu Vinorelbin (Navelbine®) oral plus Trastuzumab und bestätigen damit diese orale Therapieoption als effektive und für die Patientinnen gut tolerierbare Behandlung.
