Zusammenfassung

Nach einem Überblick historischer und gegenwärtiger Ätiologiekonzepte, Unterformen und Klassifikationsschemata der folie à deux werden anhand eines Ehepaars mögliche psychodynamische Entstehungsmechanismen diskutiert. Inhaltlich zeichnet sich die beschriebene folie à deux durch den geteilten Wahn eines Ehepaares aus, der Induzent sei der Enkel von John Wayne.

Summary

After giving a historical summary about concept, ethiology, various subdivisions of folie à deux (communicated insanity) and the present classification the possible psychodynamic formations are discussed using the example of a married couple expressing the disorder.
