Miasmatic-based approach to the treatment of patients with infertility by means of classic homeopathy

The report describes an author's approach to the treatment of patients with the main focus on comprehension and evaluation of miasmatic features related to patient's status and symptoms. The method presented in the report is based on more than 25 years of personal clinical practice and extensive research work. 5 main steps are introduced and explained:

• Collection and analysis of symptoms considering their miasmatic characteristics.

• Composition of the total and miasmatic totality of symptoms.

• Elucidation and evaluation of patient's active miasmatic status.

• Prescription of remedies based on the miasmatic active status of patients and the drug's miasmatic features.

• Homeopathic treatment strategy of patients with complex miasms in accordance to Samuel Hahnemann. (“... what was impossible without it (miasmatic knowledge) before, now becomes possible ...”; Samuel Hahnemann, Chronic diseases, vol. II)

From 2011 to 2016, 35 patients (8 male and 28 female) with infertility diagnosis (confirmed by state hospitals) were treated according to this method. Two cases – a woman 31 years old with polycystic ovaries, and a man – 27 years old with azoospermia are presented in the report.

Beschrieben wird der Ansatz des Autors zur Behandlung von Patienten, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem Verständnis und der Bewertung der miasmatischen Merkmale in Bezug auf den Status und die Symptomatik des Patienten liegt. Die im Bericht vorgestellte Methode basiert auf über 25 Jahren persönlicher klinischer Praxis und umfassenden Forschungsarbeiten. 5 Hauptschritte werden vorgestellt und erläutert:

• Sammlung und Analyse der Symptome unter Berücksichtigung ihrer miasmatischen Charakteristika.

• Zusammensetzung der allgemeinen und miasmatischen Totalität der Symptome.

• Aufklärung und Bewertung des aktiven miasmatischen Status des Patienten.

• Verschreibung von Arzneimitteln, die auf dem aktiven miasmatischen Status der Patienten und der miasmatischen Eigenschaften des Arzneimittels beruhen.

• Homöopathische Behandlungsstrategie von Patienten mit Komplizierung der Miasmen nach Samuel Hahnemann. („... was bisher unmöglich war (miasmatische Erkenntnis), wird jetzt möglich ...“, Samuel Hahnemann, Chronische Krankheiten, Band II).

Von 2011 bis 2016 wurden 35 Patienten (8 männlich und 28 weiblich) mit Infertilitätsdiagnose (bestätigt durch staatliche Krankenhäuser) nach dieser Methode behandelt. 2 Fälle – eine 31-jährige Frau mit polyzystischem Ovar und ein Mann – 27 Jahre alt mit Azoospermie – sind im Bericht dargestellt.
