Zusammenfassung

Alles nur Einbildung? Bewegungen im Sakroiliakalgelenk kann man tasten – kann man sich nur einbilden, wenn man unbedingt daran glauben will. Die Expertenmeinungen gehen weit auseinander. Abgesehen davon: Für Patienten ist die Diagnose „instabiles Becken“ ziemlich beunruhigend. Wie man trotz magerer Evidenz sicher diagnostiziert und zwischen systemisch artikulären und neuralen Ursachen differenziert, weiß Diane Lee.
