Zusammenfassung
Krebspatienten beschreiben während der akuten Behandlungsphase ihrer Erkrankung häufig
einen Verlust von Autonomie. Ziel war es, die Wiedererlangung der Patientenautonomie
mit der Entwicklung einer strukturierten kunsttherapeutischen Intervention zu unterstützen.
Es wurde ein Manual der Intervention formuliert, kunsttherapeutische Interventionen
aus diesem Anwendungsbereich verglichen, die Collage als zentrale Technik der Intervention
untersucht und eine Patientenstudie durchgeführt. In den letzten drei Teilstudien
kam die Qualitative Inhaltsanalyse zur Auswertung des Datenmaterials zum Einsatz.
Die entwickelte Intervention, die kurze strukturierte Kunsttherapie (KSKT®), weist wichtige Qualitätskriterien für kunsttherapeutische Interventionen in der
Psychoonkologie auf. Gleichzeitig stützt die Collage autonome Entscheidungsprozesse
im bildnerischen Gestalten. Die qualitative Patientenstudie zeigte, dass Patienten
von der Begleitung durch die KSKT® profitierten, indem sie eine größere Einflussnahme auf ihre Lebensgestaltung wahrnahmen.
Summary
Cancer patients often describe their loss of autonomy during the acute cancer treatment.
One aim of this research has been to answer the recovery of autonomy by inventing
a structured art therapy intervention. A manual has been formulated, other art therapy
interventions in the fields of psycho-oncolgy have been compared, the therapeutic
impacts of collage has been analysed and a qualitative case study (n=5) has been made.
In the studies qualitative content analysis has been used to analyse data.
The KSKT® shows important quality criterias for art therapy interventions in psycho-oncology.
At the same time we found out that collage supports the experience of autonomy in
the pictorial space. The qualitative case study shows that patients benefit from the
implementation of the KSKT® in the fields of psycho-oncology. They transfer their self knowledge and reflections
from the pictorial space to the experience of more self-efficacy and autonomy in their
life planning during the acute cancer treatment.
