Die Diagnostik beim Plattenepithelkarzinom des Magens stellt den Praktiker aufgrund der unterschiedlichen und nicht spezifischen klinischen Zeichen vor eine Herausforderung. Nachfolgend zeigt der Autor anhand zweier Fallberichte mögliche diagnostische Wege auf.
