    Bei Leberzirrhose und / oder chronischer Hepatitis werden halbjährliche Kontrolluntersuchungen empfohlen, um hepatozelluläre Karzinome möglichst früh zu erkennen. Bislang war unklar, ob Patienten mit isolierter Leberzirrhose davon profitieren.
