Versorgung einer spät entdeckten, iatrogenen Kolonperforation via minimalinvasivem Rendezvous-Verfahren

Zusammenfassung

Die Laparoskopie als primärer Therapieansatz im Fall einer iatrogenen Kolonverletzung wird durch die intraoperative Koloskopie als nützliches Werkzeug zur Lokalisation und Therapie ergänzt. Auf die hier dargestellte Art und Weise können schwer zugängliche Defekte auch nach einem abgelaufenen Zeitintervall sicher versorgt werden. Der Umfang der Operation und die perioperative Morbidität können so gesenkt werden.

Abstract

Laparoscopic surgery as primary therapeutical option for iatrogenic colonic perforation after colonoscopy can be complemented by intraoparative colonoscopy in order to detect and treat even difficult accessible lesions. Via the presented method minimal invasisve detection and therapy of perforation can be conducted safely and can lead to reduction of morbidity.
