Die Strahlentherapie ist wichtiger Bestandteil in der multidisziplinären Behandlung des Mammakarzinoms. In den letzten Jahren wurde mehrfach über kardiale Risiken der Bestrahlung diskutiert. Dies Problem ist seit langem bekannt und aus strahlentherapeutischer Sicht gelöst. Die aktuelle Datenlage wird hier kurz dargestellt.
