Die Heilung von akutem Gelenkrheumatismus mit Lac caninum

Zusammenfassung

Anhand einer historischen Kasuistik von Constantine Lippe (1849−1885) wird exemplarisch die Übernahme von klinischen Symptomen in die Materia medica nachvollzogen. Bei diesem Prozess sind auch Symptome in Sekundärwerke übernommen worden, die diesem Arzneimittel nicht zugehören. Abschließend wird die Problematik der Unzuverlässigkeit klinischer Symptome diskutiert, auf die bereits Hahnemann in der Fußnote des § 67 Organon hingewiesen hat.

Summary

On the basis of a historical case analysis by Constantine Lippe (1849−1885) the integration of clinical symptoms into the materia medica is exemplarily traced. In this process, there are some symptoms that are included into the secondary literature that do not belong to this medicament. At the end, the problem of the unreliability of clinical symptoms is discussed, which was already remarked upon by Hahnemann in the footnote to § 67 Organon.
