Acute multicoronary occlusion is an extremely rare clinical and angiographic finding.
Prompt diagnosis and treatment are extremely important. Herein, we present a 38-year-old
man suffering from concomitant anterior and inferior myocardial infarctions due to
simultaneous total occlusion of both the left anterior descending and right coronary
arteries.
