aus, die sich gegenwärtig in Praxen und Kliniken vorstellen. Die psychosomatische
Diagnose ist eine Ausschlussdiagnose, auf dem Weg dorthin kommt es nicht selten zu
Fehldiagnosen. Es wird der homöopathische Behandlungsansatz geschildert und auf die
krankheitsbedingte Fehlwahrnehmung des Patienten hingewiesen. Ein Verständnis der
zugrundeliegenden Depression oder Angststörung ist für den homöopathischen Arzt hilfreich,
oft unerlässlich.
Summary
Patients with psychosomatic disorders present an underestimated proportion among the
patients who present themselves in practices or clinics nowadays. The psychosomatic
diagnosis is a diagnosis made by exclusion, and it is not uncommon to be misdiagnosed.
The approach of homeopathic treatment is described, pointing out to the disease related
misperception of the patient. An understanding of the underlying depression or anxiety
disorder may be helpful, even essential for the homeopathic doctor.
