Zusammenfassung

THERAPEUTISCHE SCHLÜSSELROLLE: Nur 6,3 Prozent der Patienten mit Nackenschmerzen sind im Folgejahr frei von Rezidiven [56]. Wie lässt sich die zervikale Muskelfunktion adäquat wiederherstellen und wie kann man Chronifizierungen vermeiden? Deborah Falla stellt fünf Schlüsselprinzipien für ein evidenzbasiertes Training vor. Dabei orientiert sie sich präzise an den typischen strukturellen und funktionellen Veränderungen.
