Die Hypothyreose ist mit einer Prävalenz von 0,2–0,8 % eine der häufigsten Endokrinopathien des Hundes. Ziel einer klinischen Studie war die Evaluierung der Wirksamkeit von Wethyrox® 400 µg-Tabletten (Wirkstoff: Levothyroxin-Natrium) bei caniner Hypothyreose unter besonderer Berücksichtigung einer 1-mal täglichen Applikation.
