Notfallsonographie im Krankenhaus – Pflicht oder Kür?

Der Stellenwert der Notfallsonographie (NFS) im Krankenhaus darf als sehr hoch bewertet werden. Sie steigert die Effizienz, Qualität und Sicherheit der Patientenversorgung. Die Notfallsonographie im Krankenhaus ist dementsprechend nicht nur freiwillige Kür, sondern sollte zum allgemeinen Pflichtteil werden.

Emergency ultrasound plays an important role in the hospital environment. It has a major influence on the efficiency, quality and safety of patient care. Accordingly emergency ultrasound should not be considered voluntarily but mandatory in the management of emergencies in the hospital.
