Aktuelle Entwicklungen – Viele Menschen leiden nach einer Operation neben Schmerzen hauptsächlich unter Übelkeit und Erbrechen. Wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen zur PONV-Prophylaxe und -Therapie werden oft noch zu wenig eingesetzt. Im Rahmen des Hauptstadtkongresses der DGAI wurden im September 2010 in Berlin die aktuellen Neuerungen aus ärztlicher wie rechtlicher Sicht vorgestellt und diskutiert. Wir geben Ihnen einen Überblick über die fünf Expertenvorträge.
