Zusammenfassung

Intensivpflegerisches Handeln zeichnet sich seit den 1960er Jahren durch eine hohe Medizin- und Technikaffinität aus. Während das Verhältnis zwischen Medizin und Pflege als ein viel diskutiertes und nach wie vor hochaktuelles Dauerthema gelten kann, findet eine kritische Reflexion der Technikverwendung in intensivpflegerischen Kontexten nur marginal statt.
