Einleitung

Die pulmonale Endarteriektomie (PEA) ist eine kurative Therapie, die bei der Mehrzahl der Patienten mit chronisch thromboembolischer pulmonaler Hypertonie (CTEPH) indiziert ist. Das europäische Register für CTEPH untersucht das aktuelle chirurgische Vorgehen und die postoperativen Ergebnisse dieses Patientenkollektivs.
