Nasofrontal Dermoid Fistula in a Child. Report of a Case

Introduction

Nasal dermoids are uncommon congenital anomalies that present as a cystic mass, a sinus or a fistula on the bridge of the nose. Most cases present as extracranial lesions; however occasionally, they extend intracranially through the foramen cecum. Timely diagnosis and treatment is important to avoid complications[1] [8] [10]. We report here on a case of a nasal dermoid fistula with intracranial extension in a child.
