ABSTRACT
Cranial cerebral aspergillosis is a rare entity in immunocompetent patients. Invasive
disease involving the petrous apex and Meckel's cave has rarely been described. We
present a case of localized invasive petrous apical and Meckel's cave disease in an
immunocompetent patient who presented with hemicranial neuralgic pain.
