Betriebswirtschaftliche Folgen der neuen Rili-BÄK

Zusammenfassung

Die neue Rili-BÄK ist am 01.04.2008 in Kraft getreten und ersetzt die alte Richtlinie vom 24.08.2001. Die Durchführung der Richtlinie ist zeitintensiv, erfordert einen erhöhten Personalaufwand sowie zusätzliche Kosten, insbesondere für die interne und externe Qualitätssicherung. Die betriebswirtschaftlichen Folgen muss jedes Labor anhand der aufgeführten Kostenkalkulationen selbst berechnen.

Abstract

The new guidelines of the German Medical Association (Rili-BÄK) in laboratory medicine became effective 1st of April 2008 and replaced the old guidelines of 24st August 2001. The reclization of the guidelines is time-consuming, requires higher staff costs and additional costs particularly for internal and external quality assessment. Consequences of business administration should be calculated by laboratories itself on the basis of cost accounting.
