Ästhetische Weichgewebsoptimierung durch individuelle provisorische Implantat–Abutments

Das dargestellte Konzept der provisorischen Versorgung von Implantaten zeigt eine Methode, Frontzahnrestaurationen mittels individualisierter Abutments trotz ungünstiger Lage der Implantatachse in Bezug auf die Inzisalkante ästhetisch zu versorgen. Diese individuell hergestellten Sekundärteile sind in gleicher Weise geeignet, die notwendige Weichgewebskonturierung der Übergangszone sicherzustellen. Die Indikationen und das klinische Vorgehen für diese Form der provisorischen Versorgung werden dargelegt und anhand von klinischen Beispielen erläutert.

This article presents a concept for the aesthetic interim restoration of implants using individual abutments in case of inappropriate position of the implant axis concerning incisal edge. These customised provisional abutments with adequate emergence profile are recommended to initiate the soft tissue support in the anterior maxilla. Indications and procedure of individual provisional abutments are demonstrated.
