Summary
On the basis of pathological and surgical data, the importance of the anatomo-topographic criteria is stressed for the definition of the midline angioma.
These criteria disregard the course and destination of the draining vessels and take into account the anatomical location of the tangle, which is regarded as the essential element, in planning the surgical removal of the malformation.
The main diagnostic and surgical aspects of midline angiomas are discussed with particular reference to the possibility of radical excision, in relation to the different angioma locations.

Auf Grund von pathologisch-anatomischen und von operativ-technischen Gesichtspunkten betonen die Autoren die Notwendigkeit, die Angiome der Mittellinie nach anatomisch-topographischen Kriterien zu definieren. Diese Definition ist unabhängig von Verlauf und Zuordnung der abführenden Gefäße und bezieht sich auf den anatomischen Sitz des Gefäßknäuels, welcher praktisch das einzige Element darstellt, das für die Beurteilung der Operabilität der Mißbildung von Bedeutung ist.
Die Autoren diskutieren die wichtigsten diagnostischen und chirurgischen Gesichtspunkte, insbesondere die Möglichkeit einer Totalexstirpation der Mittellinienangiome der verschiedenen Lokalisationen.

D'après l'évaluation des données de la pathologie et de la chirurgie, les auteurs soulignent l'importance du critère anatomo-topographique pour la définition des angiomes de la ligne médiane. Une telle définition en faisant abstraction du parcours et de la destination des vaisseaux de drainage s'en tient au siège anatomique propre de la «tangle» qui représente pratiquement le seul élément déterminant pour le jugement de la possibilité d'opérer la malformation.
Les auteurs discutent les principaux aspects diagnostiques et chirurgicaux et, en particulier, la possibilité d'exérèse radicale en rapport aux différents sièges de ces angiomes.

A partir de los datos anatomopatológicos y quirúrgicos se subraya la importancia de los primeros para la definición del angioma de la línea media.
Estos criterios son independientes del recorrido y destino de los vasos de drenaje y tienen en cuenta la localización del ovillo vascular, que representa prácticamente el único elemento determinante para juzgar la operabilidad de la malformación.
Se discuten los principales aspectos diagnósticos y quirúrgicos, particularmente la posibilidad de extirpación radical, en relación con las distintas localizaciones del angioma.
