Patellofemorale Schmerzen bei Sportlern – über die Bedeutung der Beweglichkeit der kinetischen Kette

Oft werden Sportlerinnen und Sportler schon in jungen Jahren von patellofemoralen Schmerzen ausgebremst. Manche denken sogar an eine Beendigung ihrer sportlichen Aktivität. Das muss nicht sein. In vielen Fällen ist es möglich, die Beschwerden wieder in den Griff zu bekommen. Ein spannendes neues Tool dafür: der Lower Limb Range of Motion Test.
