Verletzung der ipsilateralen Arteria testicularis: eine äußerst seltene Komplikation nach perkutaner Nierenbiopsie

Einleitung

Eine Nierenbiopsie (NBx) ermöglicht eine exakte Diagnose von Nierenpathologien und gilt als „Goldstandard“ bei unklaren Nierenerkrankungen. Gewöhnliche Komplikationen nach einer NBx sind Schmerzen am Punktionsort (4,3%), passagere makroskopische Hämaturie (3,5%), perinephrisches Hämatom (11%) sowie transfusionspflichtige Blutung (1,6%) [1].

Wir beschreiben eine außergewöhnliche Blutungskomplikation nach perkutaner NBx – die Verletzung der ipsilateralen A. testicularis (TA) und resultierende behandlungsbedürftige arterielle Blutung.
