Unterarmschaftfrakturen im Kindesalter

Unterarmschaftfrakturen zählen zu den häufigsten Frakturen im Kindesalter. Trotz des grundsätzlich hohen Remodellierungspotenzials ist eine konservative Therapie nicht bei allen Frakturformen möglich. Insbesondere deutlich dislozierte, instabile oder rotationsfehlgestellte Frakturen erfordern eine differenzierte operative Versorgung, um langfristige funktionelle Einschränkungen zu vermeiden. Der Beitrag bietet einen praxisorientierten Überblick und beleuchtet Klassifikation, Diagnostik, therapeutische Entscheidungswege sowie konservative und operative Versorgungskonzepte.
