Martijn R. Jong et al. Evaluation of an improved computer-aided detection system for Barrett’s neoplasia in real-world imaging conditions

An updated and improved computer-aided detection (CADe) system for Barrett's esophagus (BE) was prospectively investigated. In three independent test sets it achieved a higher sensitivity than the previous version (96 % vs. 87 %), setting a new standard for CADe-based BE detection.
