Eine der Herausforderungen der Zukunft sind periprothetische Frakturen. Zunehmend werden wir mit diesen meist komplexen Frakturen konfrontiert. In der Unfallchirurgie ist die Lagerung von entscheidender Bedeutung für das Outcome der Operation.

Abstract

Periprosthetic fractures represent one of the challenges of the future. The incidence of these often complex fractures is steadily increasing. In trauma surgery, patient positioning is a critical factor for the outcome of the operation.
