Die Bedeutung interprofessioneller Kommunikation entlang der Rehabilitationskette vor dem Hintergrund der Bewegungsförderung

Zusammenfassung

Interprofessionelle Kommunikation ist für die patient*innenzentrierte Versorgung entlang der Rehabilitationskette von zentraler Bedeutung. Vor dem Hintergrund ihrer evidenzbasierten Wirksamkeit nimmt die Sport-/Bewegungstherapie hier eine integrale Rolle ein. Der Beitrag thematisiert die Bedeutung der interprofessionellen Kommunikation im Kontext der Bewegungsförderung in der orthopädischen, kardiologischen und onkologischen Prähabilitation sowie in der onkologischen Rehabilitation. Zunächst wird ein Überblick über die aktuelle Studienlage zur interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit in der Prähabilitation gegeben. Im weiteren Verlauf werden die Rolle der Sport-/Bewegungstherapie im interprofessionellen onkologischen Rehabilitationsprozess sowie die Schnittstellen zu den anderen am Rehabilitationsprozess beteiligten Berufsgruppen herausgearbeitet. Basierend auf den Potenzialen und Herausforderungen im Rahmen der interprofessionellen Kommunikation werden für die sport-/bewegungstherapeutische Praxis relevante Handlungsimpulse abgeleitet.

Summary

Interprofessional communication is essential for patient-centered care along the rehabilitation chain. Given its evidence-based efficacy, exercise therapy plays an integral role within this process. This article addresses the importance of interprofessional communication in the context of promoting physical activity across orthopaedic, cardiological and oncological prehabilitation as well as in oncological rehabilitation. First, an overview of current research on interprofessional cooperation in prehabilitation is provided. Then, the role of exercise therapy in oncological rehabilitation and its interfaces with other professional disciplines involved in the rehabilitation process are explored. Based on identified potentials and challenges of interprofessional communication, this article concludes with practical recommendations relevant to exercise therapy, aimed at strengthening its integration into interprofessional collaboration and improving the quality of rehabilitation.
