Trainingsmethoden in der VKB-Reha: Nur hohe Beanspruchungen fördern die Belastbarkeit

In der mittleren bis späten Reha-Phase nach einer Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes geht es vor allem darum, die Belastbarkeit der betroffenen Extremität wieder so weit herzustellen, dass die Rückkehr zum sportartspezifischen Training ohne Risiko möglich ist.
