Core Curriculum for Primary Care Physicians

An EFSUMB task force led by Camilla A. Andersen has been working to build a PoCUS Basic Core Curriculum designed for generalists and frontline physicians working in primary care. The task force developed a Delphi study to identify a list of POCUS examinations suited for this core curriculum. A total of 124 primary care doctors participated in the study and we are happy to share the recently published results:

The EFSUMB task force is now working to develop training recommendations corresponding to the Basic Core Curriculum and expects to publish these in 2025.
