Schachbasierte kognitive Remediationstherapie bei Abhängigkeitserkrankungen

Die schachbasierte kognitive Remediationstherapie verwendet Elemente des Brettspiels Schach, um kognitive Funktionen bei Personen mit psychischen Störungen wie z. B. Abhängigkeitserkrankungen in einem Gruppensetting zu verbessern. Die Gruppenintervention ist durch Trainingsmaterial begleitet. Erste Befunde zeigen positive Effekte auf exekutive Funktionen, Krankheitssymptome und die Funktion assoziierter Hirnareale bei wenig Nebenwirkungen.
