56-Jährige mit multiplen pulmonalen Leiomyomen bei Z. n. Hysterektomie

Multiple pulmonale Raumforderungen sind zunächst keine typische Primärdiagnose für eine gynäkologische Patientin und werden meist im Zusammenhang mit malignen Erkrankungen gesehen. Dass das gutartige Leiomyom des Uterus eine sich potenziell metastatisch ausbreitende Erkrankung darstellen kann, ist ein selten beschriebenes Krankheitsbild.
